    Isaiah 55:10-11
The rain and the snow come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to water the earth. They cause the grain to grow, producing seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry. It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it.

    ISAIAH 49:15-16
  4.
    what did it say?
    rengaw
  5.
Yeah, rengaw what does it say? You know people, i'm very surprised that you people know what the bible says. It's very good but do you also do what you know from the bible? Cuz to be honest, i know lots of scriptures and yet i don't apply them. Maybe one of you or some of you can make me repent. Tell me more about those scriptures cuz i am touched.
  6.
t-tong, Proverb 3:5-6 is also my favorite. This scripture has so many relations to this world now days. One example, if you read in the book of 1st Peter, somewhere in there says that women should not put gold or silver unto them nor braid their hairs to make them pretty but to be beautiful like Sarah, Abraham's wife. These are not the exact words but the scriptures do say something like that. Now back to square one, our scripture says, " lean not on your own understanding..." See, what the world understands is that to add gold and silver make me beautiful. But is that what the bible tells us to? Waiioo..., elet a shemeto atun kewe ikin mwur ese dahkot sarawi. Once again, thank you all for sharing these scriptures. For years i've been wandering around w/out feeding my soul. But because of these wonderful scriptures, for the first time in many years i realized the thirst and hunger of my soul.

    My Dearest Kiowpeilock and Saddam,
I am so sorry for misleading you by not giving you the right and exact text. So here is it.
    ISAIAH 49:15-16
15 “Can a mother forget the baby at her breast
and have no compassion on the child she has borne?
    Though she may forget,
    I will not forget you!
    16 See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands;
your walls are ever before me.
  7.
    Jeremiah 29:11

for i know the plans i have for you; declares the LORD,
plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give
    hope and future.
  8.
    Proverbs 16:3

Entrust your works to the Lord, and your plans will succeed.
  9.
    Proverbs 16:7

When the Lord is pleased with a man's ways, he makes even his enemies be at peace with him.

We wish to conduct ourselves honestly in all things.—Heb. 13:18.
We are living in an age of rampant dishonesty, so it may be difficult to resist the temptation to be less than honest with an employer, teachers, friends, husband, wife. But, True Christians do not view being honest and truthful as something optional. iF WE APPLY THE TEXT ABOVE. It can also bring praise to our heavenly Father

    Cain and His Wife
Where did he get her? From another human race? When were they married? Was their relationship incestuous?
ALL Bible readers are familiar with the fact that Cain was the first man to be born on earth. He was the firstborn son of Adam and Eve, whom God had created directly.—Gen. 4:1.
The Bible account records the creation of Adam and Eve, and their sin. (Gen. 2:7, 21, 22; 3:1-6) It describes God’s sentence of death upon them and their expulsion from the garden of Eden. (Gen. 3:14-19) God told Eve, however, that she would bring forth children.—Gen. 3:16.
Abel was the second boy born. (Gen. 4:2) The Scriptures are very brief and condensed in this early account, but they supply all that we need to know. They tell us that the two boys grew up, each to pursue his own profession or occupation. Cain chose what is the oldest of all professions—farming—while Abel became a sheepherder. This implies the lapse of a good number of years.
So the account reveals: “It came about at the expiration of some time” that the two men brought offerings before God to gain his favor. (Gen. 4:3, 4) We note also that when Seth, the third named son, was born, his mother Eve viewed him as a replacement for Abel. (Gen. 4:25) Adam was 130 years old at the time of Seth’s birth.
This indicates that there could well have been a number of other children of Adam by that time, including daughters. The Bible’s silence as to the names of Adam’s daughters presents no difficulty, since the birth of daughters was rarely mentioned and they were only occasionally named in the genealogical lists. But the Bible does actually tell us, in its summary of Adam’s life, that “he became father to sons and daughters.”—Gen. 5:4, 5.
There were no other races of humankind—no family of humans predating man, or having a separate origin, as some have conjectured in trying to answer the question about the origin of Cain’s wife. The statement of Adam and the name Eve itself preclude this. For the Bible says: “After this [after God’s passing of sentence] Adam called his wife’s name Eve [meaning “living”], because she had to become the mother of everyone living.”—Gen. 3:20.
The inevitable conclusion is, then, that Cain married one of his sisters.
  10.
    Psalms 23
the lord is my shepherd i shall not be in want he makes me lie down in green pastures he leads
me besides still waters he guides me in the paths of righteousness for his name sake, even though i
walk through the shadow of the valley of death i will fear no evil for you are with me your rod
and your staff they comfort me you prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies you
anoint my head with oil my cup over flows surely goodness and love will follow me all the days
of my life and i will dwell in the house of the lord forever and ever....

No marky! a pastor not a real one though. I'm not a catholic. your verse the " the ask and it shall be given, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be open unto you" it's in Matthew 7:7. I always remember it. here is how i memorized, it is one of my weapon i call it "M77" better than the M16 Rifle. M77, it just the short term of Matthew 7:7(M77).
You got no memory verse you're like a gun without bullets, useless. his salvation is your helmet, your faith is your shield, his words is your sword against Satan.

    Proverbs 30:18-19
There are three things that amaze me—
no, four things that I don’t understand:
how an eagle glides through the sky,
how a snake slithers on a rock,
how a ship navigates the ocean,
how a man loves a woman.

nice one felilind. marky, regarding your question about my religion. here are my answers: i was born and baptized a catholic, raised by my protestant family. i learn a lot from both religion, but much from the protestants. i a little baby when i was baptized. i couldn't talk, i couldn't say "no" to Catholicism. i am a catholic convert, i left Catholicism not because i hate it. it's because i loose my faith in that church, and i join protestantism. it's what brings me closer to God. Closeness to God is one thing i wanted. i wanted to have a relationship with him, for that's what he wants. he wants your love. God made you to love you, and he longs for you to love him back. the greatest of the commandments is this: love the lord your god with all your heart, all your mind, all your soul, and all your strength.

one of the major differences between these two sect of Christianity, is their way of worship. i'm only talking about these ones in Chuuk, since i'm from here and more familiar with.
another is, unity in the church. protestant churches suffer from disunity far more than the catholic church. you can see it by the numbers of protestant churches in many places in chuuk. protestant churches far out numbered the catholic churches. since catholics are under the pope, he is the head of the church. he maintains the unity of the catholic church. there are far more.. but, these are few that i could think of and write. if only time and chance could only permit me i can explain more.
hope this answer satisfy your question.
