COM-FSM uses a variety of software to screen e-mail for viruses and spam, while numerous other software problems can also prevent delivery. If you are having trouble sending e-mail to a comfsm.fm address, please complete the following form so that we may address the problem.

If an e-mail was returned to you indicating what type of error occurred, please include the portion of that message describing the error in the "Failure message" space below. Please do not send the entire message.
