1 9.17.4.1 'callj'
1 ................
1
1 You can write 'callj' to have the assembler or the linker determine the
1 most appropriate form of subroutine call: 'call', 'bal', or 'calls'. If
1 the assembly source contains enough information--a '.leafproc' or
1 '.sysproc' directive defining the operand--then 'as' translates the
1 'callj'; if not, it simply emits the 'callj', leaving it for the linker
1 to resolve.
