We talk about talent, we nod to luck but so often, we ignore the most important things like the hard work and many failures. The arriving early and staying late. Many people believe that sucess has more to do with being in the right place at the right time than it does with perseverance. Sucess is most depends largely upon patient perseverance and it is attributable to one thing which is hardwork. Whatever your goals are or whether mastering in anew language, learning a trade or the things you considered most important to you and the things you really want to work hard to get to, these ar eachieved only through sustained effort. To achieved success is to be dilegent. Deligence means that we persevere in our efforts. Efforts is very neccessary if we really want achieved our goal or things we set out to do.We persevere in the pursuit of our goals. To persevre means to hold firmly and steadily to some purposes, work hard despite obstaclesor setbacks. It is depend upon the face of adversity or not giving up.It is a very important quality if you really want to become success. Many though are unprepared for for difficulties and failure they encounter, but never having developed persevere. They give up easily because becoming success is not always easy. Sometimes we faced with challenges that may appear to defy all the efforts to overcome them. This leads us to be overwhelmed, incapable and may caused us to be discouraged but persevere can help us to overcome all of these. The first step for persevere is a chosen course is to get worthwhile and attainable goals. This need to be clear gaols so that we can know what are the best things we can do enabling us to achieve it. Next is to analyze what to go about in reaching them. This is to uderstand that when one want to become success they have to do all the neccessary thing in reaching them. When setbacks occur to you the best is to view them in a positive way and as a learning experience. Analyze the situation, discern where you get wrong and then correct the mistakes or remedy the mistakes. If you do this you can become success in anything you want to become.
