[RFQ No.:2025-05] For Server Procurement COM-FSM Yap Campus
GENERAL PURPOSE: The college of Micronesia-FSM (COM-FSM) is soliciting for quotations from any interested, qualified, and licensed firm for the procurement and delivery of one (1) server as listed below. The RFQ must contain itemized breakdown of all costs, including shipping/Delivery ETA schedule, any applicable taxes fees insurance, warranties, payment terms, Conditions and other value-added services offer, and in accordance to the product descriptions/specifications listing. SELECTION CRITERIA: The Successful bidder may be awarded a procurement contract for the purchases and deliveries of the goods/services identified in this RFQ on the following selection Criteria for the best value basis and responsiveness as follow:

| 5 | Insurance & Warranties | 10% |
BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All quotations must be Submitted to the contact person below no later than September 22, 2025 5:00 PM Pohnpei time, and shall remain valid for a minimum of 30 days. All interested bidders must submit quotation via-email, or in person to the contact person below including any inquiries regarding this RFQ.
