[RFQ No.B2023-23] 550 Units of Dell XPS 13 Laptops

GENERAL PURPOSE: The College of Micronesia-FSM (COM-FSM), is soliciting for Price quotations from any qualified and licensed reseller or distributor of Dell Products and Services for Procurement of 550 units of Dell XPS 13 Laptop, including shipping costs via-ocean Freight CIF Micronesia Pohnpei Port, Attention Eugene Edmund as the consignee, College of Micronesia-FSM P.O.Box 159 Kolonia, Pohnpei FM 96941. All price quote proposals must contain itemized breakdown of all prices, costs, including shipping/Delivery ETA, Any applicable costs, taxes and fees, insurances, warrantues, and other value added services offer in the accordance with the product descriptions/Specification requirements in the table below:

SELECTION CRITERIA: The successful bidder may be awarded a procurement Contract for the purchases deliveries of the goods/services identified in this RFQ on the selection Criteria for the best value basis and responsiveness as follow:

PREFERRED PAYMENT TERMS AS FOLLOWS:

BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All quotations must be submitted to the contact person below no later than, July 10, 2023 5:00 Pohnpei Time, and shall remain valid for a minimum of 30 days. All interested bidders must sumbit quotation via email, or in person to the contact person below including any inquiries regarding this RFQ.

TERMS/CONDITIONS: All price quotations serves as the basis for a procurement Contract if any between the successful bidder and COM-FSM, The College of Micronesia-FSM is Not bound to accept any quotation, award a contract, nor responsible for any costs associated with bidder’s preparation and submission of any quotation.

REVIEW RIGHTS: The College of Micronesia-FSM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFQ and to enter into discussion, or negotiations with one or more qualified bidders at the same time, if such action is in the best interest of the College of Micronesia-FSM.
