[RFQ NO. B2023-18] For Denyo Generators- 3 units

GENERAL PURPOSE: The College of Micronesia-FSM (COM-FSM) is soliciting for quotations from any qualified and licensed firm, or individual for procurement of three (3) Denyo Generator units per specifications, including CIF Freight to each destination port in accordance with the product descriptions/Specification requirements in the link here: Denyo Specifications and parts;Chuuk Campus & National Campus

Instructions: All interested bidders must submit 2 separate quotes on each unit per destination port or can submit full quote per both destination ports (Chuuk port and Pohnpei Port). Bidders are welcome to bid on a single unit, combination, or all on separate quotations per unit.

BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE: April 21, 2023 5:00 PM Pohnpei

Terms/Conditions: All price quotations serve as the basis for a purchase order, or Procurement contract if any between the successful bidder and COM-FSM. The College of Micronesia-FSM is not bound to accept any quotation, award a contract, nor responsible for any costs associated with bidder’s preparation and submission of any quotation.

REVIEW RIGHTS: The College of Micronesia-FSM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFQ and to enter into discussion, or negotiations with one or more qualified bidders at the same time, if such action is in the best interest of the College of Micronesia-FSM.
