GENERAL PURPOSE: The College of Micronesia-FSM (COM-FSM) is soliciting for price quotation through this Request for Quotation (RFQ) as an invitation to prospective bidders to submit a quotation for two units bus; Bus Specifications: 25-27 Passenger Bus New or Used ( Less than 50,000KM; Model year 2013 or sooner), Right or Left hand Drive, Diesel Engine; Air Condition, Manual Transmission

Preference: * White, Grey or Light Blue colors

Instructions for Bidders:Your Quotation/Proforma invoice serves as the basis for a purchase order between your firm and the College of Micronesia-FSM, thus be regarded as an offer by the bidder and not as an acceptance by the bidder of any offer by COM-FSM. All bidders must submit a quotation/Proforma invoice per technical Specification requirements as CIF to Destination Port; Pohnpei 96941, per Consignee’s Name and address below:

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All quotations must be submitted to the contact person below no later than, October 25, 2022 5:00 Pohnpei Time, and shall remain valid for a minimum of 30 days. All interested bidders must sumbit quotation via email, or in person to the contact person below including any inquiries regarding this RFQ.

SELECTION CRITERIA: The successful bidder may be awarded a Procurement Contract for the purchases and deliveries of the goods/services identified in this RFQ on the following selection Criteria for the best value basis and responsiveness as Follow:

REVIEW RIGHTS: The College of Micronesia-FSM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFQ and to enter into discussion, or negotiations with one or more qualified bidders at the same time, if such action is in the best interest of the College of Micronesia-FSM.
