Serve as HR representative on campus performing HR related duties for the campus with guidance and consultation with HRO;
Maintain confidential files and records of campus personnel;
Maintain accurate filing system;
Provide secretarial and clerical assistance to all units of the campus;
Manage the schedule of all campus meetings, teleconferences, trainings, workshops, visits, appointments, etc. for all units of the campus;
Prepare meeting minutes in a timely manner for distribution;
Answer telephones and greet visitors to the campus;
Assist with assessment and development of annual budgets;
Conduct job orientation for all new hires in terms of college policies and procedures; and
Serve on committees and perform other related duties as assigned.
