The FSM Clearing-House Mechanism (FSM CHM) is an information exchange mechanism established by the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia and the College of Micronesia-FSM (COM-FSM) in collaboration with the FSM States of Chuuk, Kosrae, Pohnpei, and Yap to assist FSM to implement its obligations under the Convention on Biological Diversity and to facilitate sharing of information on, and experience with, the natural environment and biological diversity of the Federated States of Micronesia. Initial funding to establish the FSM CHM is provided by the Global Environment Facility through the United Nations Development Programme.
