Department Accomplishments/Highlights

Communication via email with the state campuses appears to be the best to date. Although the national division is not well able to solve the difficulties that the state divisions have encountered, the national chair has been able to play a part in seeking solutions.

Statistics

Thirty percent of the PE 101j Joggling students have a blood pressure that might indicate pre-hypertension or hypertension. Thirty-eight percent of the students are overfat or obese. At least one student has a heart rate of a healthy jogger when walking slowly.
