This web page originated with student work in SC 250 Botany at the College of Micronesia-FSM in 1999. The student chose to use only their initials, MM. At that time students had the option of meeting the instructor to obtain digital photographs or to scan the plant on a flat bed scanner. MM chose to scan bougainvillea.
