Yes it is, its YOUR music......... so what makes you think everybody else around you wants to hear it. I'm talking about people who use their cell phone to blast their music for everybody around them to hear. Its rude, its inconsiderate, it makes you look stupid, and its not what cell phones were intended for. Your music is your music, not everybody around you wants to hear it. The speakers on cell phones sound crappy, I like good sounding music on good speakers or good earphones, not crappy sound. Be considerate, use earphones to listen to your music, stop abusing your cell phone and my ears.

I like music, too. But I use my earphones to listen to it.
The problem for those who don't have like their CD players, iPods, etc. They don't have anything to listen without their earphones. So they start listening to their songs on their cell phones and they want to listen to music. I understand this. Some people care about the quality of sound, but some don't care. Your concern is about the bad quality of sound in their cell phones. I recorded songs with my cell phone months ago and I tried making it sound quality. What I do is put the speaker of my cell phone close to the speaker of my laptop by recording it. I don't know if you guys know what I mean.
