Hello and welcome to my lonely world. Before proceeding any further to specificity, let me first introduce myself. I am LJ Robert Rayphand known also as Vando. I was born on February 12, 1980 in a village called Inaka (meaning countryside in the Japanese language) on a small beautiful island named Kechioto, presently called Udot. I have only one brother and one sister. I graduated from Udot Elementary School on June 04, 1993. After graduating from Udot Elementary School, I went to Saramen Chuuk Academy, a Catholic Private High School to further my studies. On May 27, 1997, I graduated from Saramen Chuuk Academy. In August 1997, I came to Pohnpei, the Capital State in the Federated States of Micronesia, in order to further my studies at the College of Micronesia-FSM National Campus. I started my studies at the College of Micronesia-FSM as an Education Major from August 1997 to July 1999. In the summer of 1999, I receive my A.S. Degree in Education. At the College of Micronesia-FSM Dormitory, I also served as a Resident Assistant from Fall 1998 to Summer 1999. In August 1999, I started working for my Third Year Certificate in Education. In early September, I was hired by the College of Micronesia-FSM to serve as a Student Peer Counselor.
