FSM President Emmanuel Mori Congratulates the College on Reaffirmed Accreditation

(Palikir, Pohnpei)  - His Excellency FSM President Manuel Mori congratulated COM-FSM for getting its reaffirmation of accreditation at the Nation’s capitol on July 5, 2013. The attendees were COM-FSM Board of Regents Chairman Kasio Mida, Board Member Churchill Edward, President Joseph M. Daisy, Ed.D. and Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness & Quality Assurance and ALO Frankie Harriss.

In a message sent by President Mori he said "I congratulate the COM-FSM community for a job well done. It did not happen by accident. You folks have been working at it for some time and in my honest opinion, it takes good leadership to achieve what you have accomplished. Press on with sustained teamwork."

The college received the Action Letter from the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) on July 4, 2013. A copy of the visiting team’ s Follow-Up Evaluation Report and Action Letter are all-available on the Accreditation Reports Archives.
