The Chuuk Campus will remain closed on Monday April 27, 2026 pending the completion of initial electrical checks and repairs to enable a safe and consistent source of power for the whole campus. A further update will be provided by 5pm Monday April 27.

The safety and well-being of our students and employees remains our highest priority. We strongly encourage everyone to remain in safe locations and keep updated about official advisories and emergency guidance.

All relevant staff are requested to ensure that campus buildings and facilities remain properly secured. This includes safeguarding equipment securing offices and classrooms, and addressing any potential safety risks.

Instructors are requested to work with the Instructional Coordinator as an academic emergency plan has been shared by the Vice President for Instructional Affairs.

Further updates regarding campus operations and reopening will be communicated as more information comes to hand.
