Micronesia Summer Bridge to Bachelor's Program

The Micronesia Summer Bridge to Bachelor's Program is accepting applications until March 22, 2024!  

The Micronesia Summer Bridge to Bachelor's is a research experience opportunity through the NSF INCLUDES SEAS Island Alliance. This opportunity is open to students currently enrolled in the College of the Marshall Islands, Northern Marianas College, Palau Community College, and College of Micronesia-FSM.

Selected participants may be required to collect marine and coastal data from their region, and then in June, travel to join a Guam-based student-faculty research team and analyze the data. 

Eligibility:

• Interested in STEM Research
• Currently enrolled in the following community colleges:
  • Northern Marianas College
  • Palau Community College
  • College of the Marshall Islands 
  • COM-FSM

Benefits:

• $3,000 stipend
