[RFP No.B2022-16] For Building "E" Roofing Replacement & Repairs

PURPOSE:
The College of Micronesia-FSM is soliciting proposals from interested contractors for the replacement of roofing for Building "E" at the Chuuk Campus Site.

GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK:
Contractor shall provide detail quotations based on scope of work provided in accordance to the Owner's requiremnts:

• Submit design for steel roof framing
• Install 26 gauge pre-painted roofing and ridge panels
• Intall galvanized steel ceiling joists.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
All proposals will be reviewed and considered on the following criteria in the table below for the best value basis and responsiveness:

SITE VISIT:
All interested bidders are encouraged to schedule individual site visits at the Chuuk Maintenance Office, beginning October 10-14, 2022.

BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All proposals must be submitted to the contact person below no later than, November 4, 2022, 3:00pm Chuuk Time. Interested bidders shall obtain scope of works through the contact person below at Chuuk Campus Maintenance Office.

TERMS/CONDITIONS: All proposals served as the basis for a Contract, if any between the successful bidder and COM-FSM. The College of Microneisa-FSM is NOT bound to accept any proposal, award a Contract, nor responsible for any costs associated with bidder's preparation and submission of any proposal.

REVIEW RIGHTS: The College of Micronesia-FSM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFP and to enter into discussions and/or negotiations with one or more qualified bidders at the same time, if such action is in the best interest of the College of Micronesia-FSM.
