General Purpose: The College of Micronesia-FSM (COM-FSM) is soliciting for quotations from any qualified and license firm for the procurement of the Medical Equipment (Obstetetrical/Gynecological Patient Simulator- SimMom with the following product specifications:

Selection Criteria: The successful bidder may be awarded a procurement contract for the purchasesand deliveries of the goods/services identified in this RFQ on the Selection criteria for the best value basis and responsiveness as follows:
