COVID Conditions Elevated for CTEC/National and Kosrae Campuses
In response to the community transmission of COVID-19 detected in the States of Kosrae and Pohnpei, Acting President Joe Habuchmai have placed Kosrae Campus on Condition 2 and CTEC and National Campus on Condition 3 as required by the college established Emergency Management Plan as far as response to the COVID-19 community spread. According to condition 3 CTEC and National Campus will continue to be open for services until further notice.
Acting President Habuchmai says, “We will await the FSM and Pohnpei Task Forces to release their new actions plans and the college will make adjustments to its conditions to guide us going forward.”
As usual, since we are all vaccinated and with the booster shots, we will continue to follow the college established response plans:
- Mandatory wearing of masks on campus
- Stay home when you have flu symptoms
- All outside requests for use of college facilities will be suspended until further notice.
- Practice socials distancing at all of our facilities.
- Practice washing hands at all times
