GENERAL PURPOSE: The College of Micronesia-FSM (COM-FSM) is soliciting for quotations from any qualified and licensed firm, or entity for procurement of office computers and components specified in the link below. The RFQ must contain itemized breakdown of all costs, inlcuding shipping/delivery ETA schedule, any applicable taxes, fees, insurances, warranties, payment terms, conditions, and other value added services offer, and in accordance to the product descriptions/specification listing.

BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All quotations must be submitted to the contact person below no later than, March 31, 2022 5:00 Pohnpei Time, and shall remain valid for a minimum of 30 days. The College of Micronesia-FSM is NOT bound to accept any quotation, award a Contract, nor, responsible for any costs associated with bidder’s preparation and submission of any quotation.
REVIEW RIGHTS: The College of Micronesia-FSM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFQ and to enter into discussion, or negotiations with one or more qualified bidders at the same time, if such action is in the best interest of the College of Micronesia-FSM.
