JICA KNOWLEDGE CO-CREATION PROGRAM 2021-2023 “SDGs Global Leader
The JICA Knowledge Co-Creation Program is an opportunity to study in Japan to achieve a bachelor’s, master’s or PHD. The program aims to foster young/middle bureaucrats, academicians and leading human resources in various fields of target countries or will contribute to socioeconomic development in the near future and to promote cooperation for sustainable development in the world. FSM has been given one place in this program. In order to be eligible for the program, applicant must be;
- a government official, prospective academic, personnel from private institutions who are expected to contribute policy formulation or its implementation for tackling sustainable developmental issues in respective fields;
- Citizen of FSM;
- Less than forty years old as of April 1, 2022
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree for postgraduate programs. For undergraduate programs, complete secondary education and 12 year or more of formal school education in total;
- Adequate English skills both in written and oral communication (TOEFL iBT:80; IELTS: 6.5)
- Applicant must not be receiving nor planning to receive another scholarship during the program.
