[RFQ] For NIDA Courseware, Hardware, Training Models/Systems, and Subscriptions

GENERAL PURPOSE:  The College of Micronesia-FSM is soliciting for quotations from any qualified and licensed reseller or distributor for procurement of NIDA Courseware, Hardware, Training Models/Systems, and Subscriptions, including shipping costs to: College of Micronesia-FSM, Attention Eugene Edmund, PO Box 159 Kolonia, Pohnpei FM.  96941.  All quotations must include itemized costs, including shipping, warranties, shipping/delivery time in number of days on the specified items below in accordance to the product descriptions/specification requirements, terms and conditions contained in this RFQ.

NIDA Basic Electrical/Electronics, & Advanced Program as per Hardware Listing Below

SELECTION CRITERIA: The successful bidder may be awarded a Procurement Contract for the purchases and shipping of the goods/services identified in this RFQ on the selection criteria for the best value basis and responsiveness as follows:

BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE:  All quotations must be submitted to the contact person below no later than, August 16, 2021 5:00 Pohnpei Time.  All interested bidders must submit quotation via email, or in person to the contact person below including any inquiries regarding this RFQ.

TERMS/CONDITIONS:  All price quotations serves as the the basis for a Contract, if any between the successful bidder and the college with payment terms of 50% upon signing, and 50% upon completion.  The College of Micronesia-FSM is NOT bound to accept any quotation, nor award a Contract, or Purchase Order, nor responsible for any costs associated with bidder’s preparation and submission of any quotation. 

REVIEW RIGHTS: The College of Micronesia-FSM reserve the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFQ and to enter into discussion, or negotiations with one or more qualified bidders at the same time, if such action is in the best interest of the College of Micronesia-FSM.
