[Request for Proposals] Workshop Facilitator(s) on Culturally Sustainable Pedagogy RFP No. 2019-01
Purpose
The College of Micronesia-FSM (COM-FSM) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified organizations or individuals who will provide a two-day interactive workshop to faculty. The focus of the workshop will be on culturally sustaining pedagogy and assessment, culturally-based leadership, addressing current issues of concern related to Pacific Islanders, and as stated in the terms, conditions and specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

Eligibility and Qualifications of the Consultant
To be eligible to respond to this RFP, the organization/individual must demonstrate that they have successfully completed services, similar to those specified in the Scope of Work section of this RFP, to institutions similar in size and complexity to the College of Micronesia-FSM. The organization/individual must also have a minimum experience of two (2) years working with higher education institutions and preferably has previous experience working in the Pacific Region and preferably in the Federated States of Micronesia.
Contract Details
The following are details for the project implementation and the payment terms:
- Period of Performance – The services of the organization/individual will commence on April 17, 2019 and will end on April 18, 2019, for a period not longer than 6 hours per day not including lunch.
- Terms of Payment – Payment will be done through check or through wire transfer to the organization/individual. (Please submit detailed budget)

For clarity and purposes of ensuring a fair and transparent selection process, all submitted questions and response may be forwarded to all proposers.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFP and to enter into discussion and/or negotiations with one or more qualified proposers at the same time, if such action is in the best interest of the College of Micronesia-FSM.
