[Updated Announcement] Invitation To Bid

The College of the Micronesia-FSM would like to invite interested suppliers to submit sealed bid proposals for the following equipment with the provided specific configurations. No substitutions will be accepted in place of the listed specifications. All bids should be made with the listed items and configurations. ALL items will be shipped by the vendor to various COM-FSM Campuses. So please include all shipping charges in your bid.

As a reminder, per the College's policy the vendor will need to provide a one year warranty to all technology purchases. This is NOT the manufacturers warranty, but your company's guarantee of the product and commitment to take the product back if it fails within that one year. If you are unable to provide this, you need not submit a bid.

The deadline for submission of sealed bids will be on March 23, 2018 at 2:00pm (Pohnpei local time/+11:00GMT). All bids should be sealed and submitted to the COM-FSM Information Technology Office, National Campus, Palikir, Pohnpei, FM. Bids sent through electronic mail will also be accepted. Bids sent through email should be sent to COM-FSM Information Technology Office at email address itprocurement@comfsm.fm on March 23, 2018 between 8:00am to 2:00pm (Pohnpei local time/+11:00GMT). Bids received before or after the date and time specified will considered as non-compliant and therefore will not be accepted.

Opening of Bids will be at 3:00pm, March, 23, 2018 at the COM-FSM Administration Building Conference Room. Bidders are requested to be present during the opening of bids. Bid documents can be picked up anytime during office hours at the COM-FSM Information Technology Office or can be sent to interested bidders via email upon request.
