[MiCare Members] MiCare Reinstates Affiliation with Genesis Hospital & Pharamacy

In a memorandum released by MiCare on October 2, 2015, the general public is advised that MiCare has temporarily reinstated the 2013 Direct Payment Affiliation Agreement with Genesis Hospital and Pharmacy effective October 2, 2015.

According to MiCare, a new Memorandum of Understanding will hopefully become effective before January 1, 2016 to replace the provisional extension.

Members may now seek medical, dental, and pharmaceutical services at Genesis Hospital. MiCare advices its members to sign the claim forms after all the services rendered has been listed and pharmaceutical supplies issued and documented.

Members are also encouraged to obtain a copy of the claim form they signed for documentation purposes and personal information.
