High Performance Team Training

Palikir, Pohnpei) - A team of seven College of Micronesia-FSM employees participated in the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) High Performance Team Training on January 18-21, 2015.

The College was selected as one of only four institutions invited to participate in the first cohort for High Performance Team Training delivered by the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC).  

Training sessions included:

• Creating a WEteam and Elevating High Performance;
• Leading a High Performance Team;
• Critical Team and Institutional-Based Conversations;
• Change Management;
• Sessions with COM-FSM team coach, Byron McClenney; and
• Development of three goals and a supporting Mini-Work Plan.
