Associate degree from a US accredited college in education or related
field with two years of full-time work experience in the area of work. Knowledge of: college programsand organizations; policies and regulations related to the field of assignment; techniques and procedures
used in youth programs. Ability to: establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, faculty, and staff; demonstrated successful work with diverse students and youth programs; work as part of
a team in accomplishing tasks and functions. Preferred a bachelor's degree.
Foreign credentials must be equated to US standards using World Education Services at http://www.wes.org.
