Duties:

Reporting to the Campus Dean as the office manage, the duties include these:

  • Serve as HR representative on campus performing HR related duties for the campus with guidance and consultation with HRO;
  • Maintain confidential files and records of campus personnel;
  • Maintain accurate filing system;
  • Provide secretarial and clerical assistance to all units of the campus;
  • Manage the schedule of all campus meetings, teleconferences, trainings, workshops, visits, appointments, etc. for all units of the campus;
  • Prepare meeting minutes in a timely manner for distribution;
  • Answer telephones and greet visitors to the campus;
  • Assist with assessment and development of annual budget;
  • Conduct job orientation for all new hires in terms of college policies and procedures; and
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. ;
Minimum Qualifications:

Associate of Arts/Science in business/accounting or secretarial science from a US accredited college with two year of progressively responsible work experience which demonstrates possession of knowledge and skills required. Proficiency in English, both oral and written. Knowledge of: computer applications (word, excel, MS outlook, etc.), accounting and financial concepts and business mathematics and other computations, and sound knowledge of office practices and procedures. Ability to: plan, organize, and carry out a very board and complex range of secretarial functions; deal tactfully with people within and outside the college community; type accurately at 45 word per minutes; write varied business letters, summaries, minutes, and reports requiring judgment as to appropriate format conforming to all rules of grammar and style; and effectively carry out college policies and instructions of campus unit supervisors.
