Reporting to the accountant at the campus and the Bookstore Manager at the National Campus, the account clerk III is responsible for the bookstore component of the Business Office at CTEC. Duties will include the handling of the bookstore in accordance with existing policy to provide customer service to the students, faculty, staff and the general public; data entries and retrievals of daily sales transactions and student Pell Grant charge accounts; handle local purchases of sundries, office supplies and used book buybacks: assist Procurement Officer with inbound and outbound deliveries; prepare and submit monthly sales report to the Bookstore Manager; assist with annual inventory; update and maintain inventory in the Point of Sales system; maintain the orderliness of the sales floor and displays of books and other merchandises; answer phone calls; maintain records for internal and external review and audit; and perform additional business office functions assign by the accountant and necessary initiatives to support the office and campus in the field of work.
