Masters degree in Education or related field from a US accredited institution. Foreign credentials must be equated to meet US standards in the field of work using World Education Services at www.wes.org. Two years of teaching experience at a community college level. Must know how to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Online grading applications, and TracDat. Special skills, abiliites and knowledge: Create and reach student learning outcomes, lesson plans; communicate effectively; analyze, interpret and use sound logic and judgement in application of a variety of teaching methods/strategies; work with diverse faculty, staff, and students; work as part of a team in accomplishing tasks and functions. Two years’ experience in living overseas from the applicant’s homeland is preferred. Ability to work with students learning English as a second language. Posesses experience working in a multicultural international setting with culturally diverse students. Gives evidence of exemplary teaching ability. Experience with establishment and assessment of student learning outcomes. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
