Under the supervision of the CRE Coordinator, the incumbent supervises all youth programs; organizes and implement school dropout programs and classes; prepares and implement youth camp out field trips for retreats; evaluates program activities and programs; collaborates with other government or private agencies on youth programs; prepares youth grant proposals; prepares youth program budget proposals; writes reports on youth programs; attends youth and youth related activities or meetings locally or abroad; trains' youths and community leaders in youth activities, represents the CRE Office in youth conventions, training, workshops and so on. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree from a US accredited college in education or related field with two years of full-time work experience in the area of work. Knowledge of: college programs and organizations; policies and regulations related to the field of assignment; techniques and procedures used in youth programs. Ability to: establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, faculty, and staff; demonstrated successful work with diverse students and youth programs; work as part of a team in accomplishing tasks and functions. OR an Associate Degree plus four years of fulltime work experience working with youths.
