[RFP NO.: B2024-06] COM-FSM National Campus - Janitorial Services

GENERAL PURPOSE: The College of Micronesia-FSM is soliciting sealed bids for Janitorial Services at the National Campus for eleven (11) buildings.

SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Daily sweeping, mopping and trash disposal.
2. Daily picking and disposal of trash on campus grounds.
3. Monthly general clean-up of the assigned facilities.
4. Semi-annual floor stripping and waxing of assigned facilities.

BID PACKAGES: Will be available for pick-up on August 26, 2024 at the Maintenance Office during working hours.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: Is scheduled on September 9, 2024 at 10:00am at National National Campus’s Maintenance Office.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Bid shall be submitted no later than 3:00 pm, September 16, 2024 at Maintenance Office where Bids shall be opened and announced.
