[RFP NO.: B2024-05] Cleaning and Painting of Buildings at COM-FSM National Campus

GENERAL PURPOSE: The College of Micronesia-FSM is soliciting proposals from interested contractors for the cleaning and painting of buildings and walkways located at the National Campus in Palikir, Pohnpei. Interested contractors may contact the Maintenance Office at 320-3374 or the contact person stated below for details of the project.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Pressure wash, clean and paint building walls, roofs, eaves and overhangs; wash, clean and repair rain gutters for 15 buildings and connecting covered walkways at the National Campus in Palikir. Detailed scope of work, RFP forms, Instruction to bidders and general conditions can be obtained at the Maintenance Office at the National Campus.

RFP forms will be available starting June 17, to July 5, 2024 at the National Campus Maintenance Office. RFPs are due at the PPMO Office on July 12, 2024 at 2:00 PM, when RFPs will be opened and read out loud.

Pre-Proposal conference will be held on July 5, 2024 at 10:00 AM followed by project site visit. Interested contractors are encouraged to participate in the pre-proposal conference and site visit to familiarize themselves with the project site conditions.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM Pohnpei time, July 12, 2024 at the PPMO office National Campus, Palikir.
