[RFP NO. B2021-13 Re-advertisement] FOR Board of Regents Development and Training Program
PURPOSE
The College of Micronesia-FSM (COM-FSM) Board of Regents is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified consultant, firms or individuals, hereinafter referred to as the “consultant”, who has the background in providing professional services for govering board development, training, and self-assessment with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
BACKGROUND
The COM-FSM Board of Regents seeks to continue to strengthen overall leadership capacity and ensure that the integrity of their role and responsibilities complies with the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges, (ACCJC) accreditation standards and higher education best practices.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 24 months; Fall 2022 - September 2024. A period of one year may be considered.
BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All proposals must be submitted to the contact person below no later than, February 15, 2022, 5:00pm Pohnpei Time, and shall remain valid for a minimum of 30 days. All interested bidders must submit proposals and any inquiries via email, or in person to the contact person below regarding this RFP.

TERMS/CONDITIONS:
All propsols serve as the basis for a Procurement Contract if any between the successful bidder and COM-FSM. The College of Micronesia-FSM is NOT bound to accept any proposal, award a Contract, nor, responsible for any costs associated with bidder’s preparation and submission of any proposal.
REVIEW RIGHTS:
The College of Micronesia-FSM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFP and to enter into discussion, or negotiations with one or more qualified bidders at the same time, if such action is in the best interest of the College of Micronesia-FSM.
